withdrawal or making a warranty claim. Exchanges for size, color, or style<\/h2>\n    <p>\n        Customers may request an exchange within five (5) calendar days\n        of receiving the product.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>To qualify for an exchange, the garment must be:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Unworn and unwashed.<\/li>\n        <li>With all tags attached.<\/li>\n        <li>In its original packaging.<\/li>\n        <li>Free from stains, odors, makeup, alterations, or damage.<\/li>\n        <li>In a condition suitable for resale.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rosmar-policy__card\">\n    <h2>2. Shipping costs for exchanges<\/h2>\n    <p>\n        When an exchange is requested due to size, color, style,\n        or personal preference, the customer is responsible for:\n    <\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Shipping the garment back to Rosmar.<\/li>\n        <li>Shipping the replacement product to the customer.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n        Rosmar will provide the return address after approving the request.\n        Products must not be sent without prior authorization.\n    <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rosmar-policy__card\">\n    <h2>3. Availability for exchanges<\/h2>\n    <p>\n        Exchanges are subject to size, color, and style availability.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n        If the requested product has a higher price, the customer must\n        pay the difference. No refunds will be issued for voluntary\n        exchanges for lower-priced products.\n    <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rosmar-policy__card\">\n    <h2>4. Promotional products<\/h2>\n    <p>\n        Products purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or at a\n        discount are not eligible for voluntary exchanges due to size,\n        color, style, or personal preference.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n        This restriction does not affect the statutory warranty for\n        manufacturing defects or the right of withdrawal where\n        legally applicable.\n    <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rosmar-policy__card\">\n    <h2>5. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n    <p>\n        For purchases made through pijamasrosmar.us, consumers may\n        exercise their right of withdrawal within five (5) business\n        days of product delivery, where legally applicable.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n        Consumers must return the product using the same means and\n        in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping costs\n        arising from the withdrawal are the consumer\u2019s responsibility.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n        When Rosmar offers products made to the customer\u2019s specifications\n        or clearly personalized, the statutory exceptions to the right\n        of withdrawal may apply.\n    <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rosmar-policy__card\">\n    <h2>6. Refunds<\/h2>\n    <p>\n        When a withdrawal or return qualifies for a refund, the payment\n        will be refunded through the method determined for the case,\n        within the applicable statutory time limit.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n        For e-commerce transactions, eligible refunds will be issued\n        within no more than fifteen (15) calendar days once the\n        relevant conditions have been met.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n        Any additional processing time required by banks or payment\n        providers after the refund has been issued will depend on\n        those entities.\n    <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rosmar-policy__card\">\n    <h2>7. Warranty for manufacturing defects<\/h2>\n    <p>\n        Customers may request an inspection of a garment if it shows\n        a possible defect involving materials, stitching, zippers,\n        buttons, prints, or workmanship.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n        To begin the review, customers must send clear photographs\n        and a description of the issue to the contact email address.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n        When a warranty claim is valid, Rosmar will provide the\n        appropriate remedy under Colombian law and cover the shipping\n        costs necessary to handle the claim.\n    <\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rosmar-policy__card\">\n    <h2>8. Situations not covered by the warranty<\/h2>\n    <p>The warranty does not cover damage caused by:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>Improper use of the garment.<\/li>\n        <li>Washing or drying contrary to the care instructions.<\/li>\n        <li>Normal wear and tear.<\/li>\n        <li>Stains, burns, cuts, or accidents.<\/li>\n        <li>Alterations or repairs performed by third parties.<\/li>\n        <li>Damage caused directly by the customer.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rosmar-policy__card\">\n    <h2>9. How to submit a request<\/h2>\n    <p>\n        Customers must send their request to\n        <a href=\"mailto:contacto@pijamasrosmar.us\">\n            contacto@pijamasrosmar.us\n        <\/a>\n        and include:\n    <\/p>\n    <ul>\n        <li>The name of the person who made the purchase.<\/li>\n        <li>The order number or reference.<\/li>\n        <li>The reason for the request.<\/li>\n        <li>Photographs of the product, where applicable.<\/li>\n        <li>The desired replacement product or size.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n        Rosmar will review the information and send instructions on\n        how to proceed.
